Can we still use the home ourselves?
Of course. It's your home. Block any dates you like in a shared calendar. Most owners reserve holidays and several summer weeks, and we price and manage around your use.
Who is actually staying in the house?
Guests are screened before confirmation: verified identity, review history, stay purpose, and party size. We decline bookings that don't fit the home, and every stay carries damage protection and noise monitoring.
What does the revenue audit involve?
We pull three genuinely comparable homes near yours, compare pricing, occupancy, and presentation line by line, and show you what the gap is worth annually. It takes twenty minutes and carries no obligation. Some owners take the analysis and simply manage better themselves. That's fine with us.
Is short-stay rental permitted in my town?
Rules vary sharply from market to market and we won't operate a home outside them. Compliance review is part of the audit, with permits, registration, and tax handling included where required.
What does it cost to get started?
There is no onboarding fee. We cover professional photography and the listing launch ourselves. Separately, some homes benefit from added amenities or supplies that measurably raise nightly rates, a hot tub cover, better linens, a game room, smart locks. When that's the case, we'll recommend the purchase with a projected return, and the decision is yours. That one time investment typically runs from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, and everything bought stays with your home.
What if it doesn't work out?
Thirty days' notice, either direction, no penalty. The listing, its reviews, and its booking history are built on your account and remain yours.
